Each season the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) names All-Academic individuals and teams. This season there were a total of 16 wrestlers named NWCA All-Academics.

Leading the way was former Cumberland Valley’s PIAA State Runner-up Tristan Warner who carried a 3.984 GPA while at Old Dominion. At the 2015 NCAA National Tournament Tristan Warner won his second straight Elite 89 Award. The prestigious award is given to the student-athlete competing in a National Championship with the highest GPA. It was only the second time ever that a wrestler won the Elite 89 Award two seasons in a row.

10 Keystone State wrestlers on the list were PIAA State Champions in high school and 5 were 2015 NCAA All-Americans for their respective schools.
