#7 Matt McCutcheon Commits to Penn State

The second top ten recruit from PA’s class of 2013 has made his college selection. For 2012 PIAA State Champion Matt McCutcheon he will be staying in state to wrestle for Cael Sanderson and Penn State University. In three season the Kiski Area star has compiled a (121-12) career record including three trips to Hershey, earning 5th place in 2011 at 189 lbs. and capping his junior season with his first State Championship, winning the 182 lbs. bracket in Class AAA.
McCutcheon is ranked as the #7 recruit in PA for the entire class of 2013 and is projected at 184 lbs. for the Nittany Lions. Matt captured a Super 32 Challenge Championship in October 2011 at 195 lbs. and has been on several NCAA Division I programs radars since.
