State Champion Cameron Coy Commits to Virginia
He has only wrestled one season of high school competition but Cameron Coy (Penn Trafford) has already committed to wrestle for University of Virginia in 2017. Cameron enters his sophomore season as the defending 132 lbs. Class AAA PIAA State Champion after a surging post-season. Coy defeated 2013 PIAA State Champion and current Bucknell wrestler Tyler Smith (Franklin Regional) in the WPIAL Regional Finals. In his first trip to Hershey, PA the rookie was able to outlast several tough decisions over seniors to capture the 132 lbs. Championship. Cameron made the announcement on Twitter.
