The District Dual Team tournaments are in full swing (sort of) across the State this week. Action has already started in some Districts including the WPIAL but winter weather is causing others to postpone matches. In District 3 they have postponed all the Class AAA Dual Team matches until Wednesday.

All District III Class 3A Team Wrestling Championship matches scheduled for tonight have been postponed until tomorrow, Wednesday, Jan. 30. The same sites and times as originally scheduled will be used.

Happening today are the District 6 AA First Round matches and the District 12 Catholic League final. The District 2 AA & AAA Tournaments have been pushed back to Friday and District 5 Class AA still has matches to determine the bracket.

In Class AA there are two teams making their debuts in the State Rankings with District 6 program Glendale and the WPIAL’s Quaker Valley. Class AAA largely remains the same.
