Lizak will only be the second PA native on the Minnesota wrestling roster joining Central Valley High School’s Alex Daugherty.

Lizak is an all-around talented wrestler who may be soft spoken off the mat but is aggressive on the mat. He enters his senior season at Parkland with a career record of (120-13) that includes a State runner-up finish his freshman season at 103 lbs., a State Championship his sophomore season at 106 lbs. and a State Championship last season at 113 lbs. There Lizak dropped his first and only match of the tournament to Ruslan Gasimov of Azerbaijan.

Lizak predicts to compete at 125 lbs. for the Gophers and help contribute to one of the top Wrestling Programs in the Big Ten and NCAA.
