Marsteller drops Penn State and Commits to Oklahoma State

The Nation’s #1 wrestler Chance Marsteller has de-committed to Penn State and has committed to the Oklahoma State Cowboys. Marsteller gave a verbal commitment to Penn State on July 4th 2013 – having considered Arizona State, Penn State, and Oklahoma State.

The news developed after rumors were circling that Marsteller was considering re-opening the recruiting process last week. Head coach John Smith is the big winner of this deal landing Marsteller after what appeared to be a cut and dry commitment by the senior to Cael Sanderson and Penn State.

Chance will be entering his senior season with a (125-0) career record and just recently captured the Super 32 Challenge Championship Belt at 170 lbs. He projects to compete at 165 lbs. in college.
